Metroplex Original Composition Contest
Requirements:
Student must submit an original composition through his teacher to Metroplex MTA Original Composition Chairperson. Your teacher will have the proper form.

Certificate and Critique
An additional award of a composer bust is given to students who receive a I rating from the the judge. Students with a I or II rating are encourage to submit their compositions to The Texas Music Teachers Original Composition Contest.
Texas Music Teachers Original Composition Contest
Requirements:
Student Affiliate membership required
A passing grade on the TMTA Theory Test
Composition must be performed on a SA Recital
