When is the Festival?
If I’m sick, is there a makeup?

What do I wear?
Girls: A nice dress or blouse & skirt - Boys: shirt & slacks Be sure you make the desired impression on the judge.
What do I bring?
You will need a clean copy of your music for the judge’s use. Be sure that the measures are numbered. NO PHOTOCOPIES for solo works. Hymn Festival participants should bring photocopies for the judge’s use. You will also need a critique sheet.
Where do I go?
SW Baptist Theological Seminary, Cowden Hall
Do I get to warm up before I perform?
Warm up rooms will be provided. Warm ups should be limited to 5 minutes.
When do I receive my rating and critique?
Immediately following your performance for the judge. Do not leave until you pick up your music and critique sheet.
SW Baptist Theological Seminary, Cowden Hall. Park in front of the building. Go up the steps and turn right to the room on the first floor to which you are assigned.
